Opportunity:
Ashurst's national market-leading Corporate Transactions and M&A team advises a wide range of public and private clients on complex and high-profile matters involving M&A, IPOs, joint venture agreements, capital raisings, shareholder agreements, and restructures across various sectors, including energy, mining, and infrastructure. We are now seeking an ambitious, driven, and committed mid-level or senior practitioner to join this growing practice.

About You:
Minimum 5+ years' commercial experience gained within a top-tier firm; Strong experience in M&A transactions, joint venture agreements, capital raisings, and shareholder agreements; Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial acumen; Experience in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors desired but not essential; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to their development and growth; Proactive, committed, and ambitious.
