Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-site operations at various scales (responsibility for clusters of villages ranging from 150 to 3000 rooms across multiple states)
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of building strong, high-performing teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial management, including profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control
  • Background in the service, accommodation, or hospitality sectors
  • Valid manual C Class driver's license
  • Current or willingness to obtain a clear National Police Clearance within the last six months
  • Familiarity with rostering and time management systems
  • Extensive knowledge of high-volume commercial catering practices
  • A degree in Business or Hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
