Job Title: Senior Platform Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our platform management team. As the senior platform manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and support of our platform applications.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our platforms, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance their functionality and efficiency.

  • Manage the platform management team and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and scalability of our platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure that platform applications meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of their skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure that our platform applications integrate seamlessly with other systems.
