Senior Technology Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to lead our Engineering team in Sydney.

  • You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring smooth delivery of services by collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology and at least 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV or recording studios, or Information Technology infrastructure, operating systems and applications.

  • A strong understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management is essential for this role.

About the Role

Job Summary: As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional technology services that support the performance and productivity of all staff across the state.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recommending and implementing improvements to specialised audio and visual systems.
  • Providing insight and guidance on technology issues that impact business performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Rlevant qualification in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV or recording studios, or Information Technology infrastructure, operating systems and applications.
  • Proven experience in a technology management role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management.
