Job Title: Financial Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance reporting team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of month-end financial reports and providing variance analysis on actual vs budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in processing journals, variance investigation, adjustments and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior analysts and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process month-end journals
  • Deliver financial reports within set timelines
  • Provide variance analysis on actual vs budget
  • Maintain and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CA or CPA qualification (or studying towards)
  • Experience in commercial accounting or business analyst role
  • Strong time management and English communication skills
  • High-level Microsoft Excel skills
