The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the success of our business by leading key projects as a Principal Structural Engineer.

This leadership position requires a strong engineering background, with extensive experience in project and design management within structural engineering.

We seek an experienced leader who can independently manage engineering requirements for projects, undertake improvements of professional engineering tasks, and provide site-based inspections and engineering services.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring project controls and assessment, design and documentation within time, cost and quality expectations.

In addition, this role requires strong leadership qualities, proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor others, and a strong ability to communicate on a technical and project level with clients, staff and management.
