Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide guidance and oversight to both enablement (corporate) and frontline teams to achieve shared success.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders and lead negotiations or collaborations to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality service delivery standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a role bridging enablement (corporate) and service delivery functions.
  • Enablement Service Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of enablement (corporate) functions such as finance, procurement, IT, and HR.
  • Human Services Knowledge: At least 3 years of experience working in roles that involve delivering support and care services.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, managing teams of 5+ members and overseeing projects.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, evidenced by successfully managing relationships with at least 5 key stakeholders.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Experience navigating compliance regulations.
  • Relevant Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, management, community services, or a related field.
