We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, including payroll, taxation reporting, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support all aspects of HR operations related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR operations.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR operations and compliance.
  • Experience in managing payroll processes, preferably with an external payroll provider.
