Your Role

The Business Development Executive - Foodservice will report to the National Business Manager - Distributors & Leisure and focus on driving our Foodservice strategy. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing strategic relationships with Foodservice customers and industry bodies.
  • Negotiating trading terms to achieve targets.
  • Evaluating competitor activities for continuous improvement.
  • Developing and executing the strategic plan for Foodservice.
  • Collaborating with teams for accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring optimal trading terms for Frucor Suntory.
  • Engaging national customers to expand brand presence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in National Account Management, ideally in Foodservice and QSR.
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop new business opportunities with strong skills in acquiring new customers.
  • Willingness to question the status quo and seek more effective methods.
  • The ability to work autonomously with a strong team player mentality.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Suite, and sales analytics tools.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum
