Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring teams are getting the most out of the ERP platform. They will provide expert-level support, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with company policies and standards.

  • Deliver expert-level support for our primary ERP and its integrations across Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management modules.
  • Assist in system improvements, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Produce functional and technical documentation and conduct UAT.
  • Follow change management processes and utilize ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, including Applications, Infrastructure, and Help Desk.
  • Build strong relationships with key business users to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with our ERP Trainer to support key users
  • Assist with audit processes and lead remediation activities.
  • Provide support for existing solutions, such as AP Automation and BI Reporting
  • Manage external vendors for existing solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience with ERP (specifically in Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management).
  • Desired Skills: Expert-level knowledge of the ERP platform and its Finance and Supply Chain
  • Preferred Skills: ERP Project and Maintenance Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and project management.
  • Proven experience in system improvements, including upgrades, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in producing functional and technical specification documentation.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key business users.
  • Knowledge of IT General Controls remediation activities
  • Familiarity with AP Automation and BI Reporting is a plus.
  • Awareness of ERP 4GL programming is a plus
