Disability Support Professional

This role focuses on providing supportive care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering essential support services that promote social inclusion and enhance the quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, and carers to deliver high-quality services tailored to individual needs.

A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Strong communication skills are vital in this role, enabling the professional to empathize with diverse individuals and work collaboratively as part of a team environment.

Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent experience are required. Additionally, a Class C driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary for this position.
