Senior Compliance Professional

The Senior Compliance Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that employers meet their obligations under the Long Service Leave Act.
This includes developing and implementing compliance strategies to support key functions and objectives.
Responsibilities will also involve conducting site inspections, employer visits, educational activities, and enforcement processes to ensure compliance.
Essential Qualifications and Experience- Relevant skills and experience in communications with stakeholders, including face-to-face interactions
- Knowledge of compliance inspections, enforcement processes, and assessments relying on the interpretation and application of law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
In this role, you will be required to provide assistance to the Compliance Manager and other team members as needed.
