As a senior learning designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and productivity by crafting impactful resources and campaigns that inspire real behavioral change and unlock sales potential.
Main Responsibilities:- You will work closely with global sales experts, technology specialists, and product experts to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning interventions
- You will use content authoring tools, visual design tools, and the Learning Management System (LMS) to create end-to-end learning experiences, such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process documents, assessments, and multimedia resources
- You will drive continual improvement of our enablement program to ensure it is effective, relevant, and supports long-term behavioral change for our sales team
- You will coach other content creators in the team to help them apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaboration
- You will review content created by peers to ensure high-quality, consistent instructional materials that are aligned with learning objectives
- You will lead project planning and execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and track project performance for continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have experience using SaaS sales processes, proficiency in using authoring tools and visual design tools, expertise in developing interactive, engaging, and effective learning resources, and a strong understanding of Learning & Development trends and best practices.
