Transformative Learning Manager
An ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic learning initiatives that support employee development and business objectives.

About the Role:
- Job Description: Design comprehensive training strategies that drive business results and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Key Responsibilities: Develop instructional materials, manage change and communication, analyze training data, and collaborate with teams to standardize training methodologies.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, proven experience in program and project management, strong expertise in instructional design and training strategy development, proficiency in data analysis and visualization, and experience managing remote teams and online support.
- Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in organizational development or related field, knowledge of adult learning theory and human performance improvement, technical skills in Unix, SQL, and database administration, experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts, and demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams.
