Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, meeting with potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or similar roles with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should also have knowledge of telecommunications and ICT services, ability to develop and implement effective business strategies, proficiency in market research and analysis, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
