Customer Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Customer Ambassador to join our team. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions in shopping centres across New Zealand and Australia.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Face-to-face sales and engagement with customers.
  • Fundraising for local not-for-profit organisations and charities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in face-to-face sales or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive attitude, love of challenge, and ability to turn NO into YES.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
