Role Summary

This role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues. As part of the Proactive Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-maintained.

  • Collecting trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas

  • Completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room and emptying bins

  • Working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs

  • Providing assistance to customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Physical fitness to perform physically demanding tasks

  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs

  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks

  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
