Job Title: Care Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic, person-centred support to all residents, ensuring their individual needs, wishes, and goals are met.
  • Support the coordination of care needs across the home, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Lead and supervise care on the shift, within designated wings or areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication).
  • Certificate IV in Ageing Support (including HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines).
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Effective listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs.
  • Current National police check.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
