Culinary Team Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to lead our kitchen team. As a Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementing menus that meet the needs of our customers;
  • Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed;
  • SUPERVISING AND TRAINING CULINARY STAFF TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY FOOD PREPARATION AND SERVICE;
  • Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
