We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a champion of sales and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for leading the store team to achieve business goals and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for coaching and development. You will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, managing stock levels, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage stock levels, minimize stock loss, and optimize inventory management processes.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience with a track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Expertise in inventory management, including stock control and minimization of stock loss.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
