Thermal Research Engineer

**Thermal Engineer Opportunity:** A unique position in thermal engineering or metallurgy research has become available.
This project focuses on studying the physical and chemical properties of Australian ores under high-flux laser heating to support the development and upscaling of new processing technologies for Net-zeros.
The primary responsibilities include designing and commissioning a small heating rig, conducting experiments using advanced optical diagnostics techniques, performing materials analysis, and preparing research outcome reports.

**To be successful you will need:*

- Demonstrated research experience in studying thermo-fluids using advanced analysis tools, e.g., optical methods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
