We are seeking a Service and Warranty Supervisor to join our team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, Geelong or Ballarat. This role will cover all three areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting new home service & warranty inspections, preparing inspection reports and service requests, identifying and resolving building defects, liaising with stakeholders, supporting service and warranty administrators and technicians, and providing quality customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience from a trades background or similar role
  • Sound knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process
  • Well-rounded skillset
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • CERT IV in building and construction highly regarded
  • Australian Drivers License
