Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background and business acumen, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

The Operations Support Specialist will play a vital role in assisting the Manager - ANZ Shared Services with the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives. This includes ensuring the effective use of people and culture initiatives and process compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of strategy for the functional area, in line with the broader Datacom direction.
  • Delivery of people and culture data and analytics and implementing the appropriate improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining and administering accurate people information in Datacom's systems and ensuring confidentiality is protected where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Administrative background and business acumen.
  • Knowledge in human resource best practice principles, initiatives and processes.
  • Some knowledge of state, federal and company compliance.
  • A high level of IT literacy.
