Budget Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team in developing a portfolio of infrastructure investments. The successful candidate will have leadership and management experience with a background in capital projects.
About the Position- The Infrastructure Investment Manager will be responsible for managing the preparation of budget submissions, ensuring accurate reporting and effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on performance and enable strong financial management and decision making.
- Lead and manage a team in providing a high-quality service in the design of innovative solutions, responding to enquiries and delivering on best practices for infrastructure related services.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholder groups across the organization to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and information from the appropriate sources to inform current and future investment needs.
- Contribute to high-level advice on infrastructure and asset management issues that informs senior management and stakeholders in decision-making.
