This position is responsible for overseeing the management of human, financial and physical resources. The individual will be accountable for their effective use.

A background in portfolio, program, or budget management within an infrastructure environment is highly regarded. Strong experience in management reporting, brief writing, and technical advice will also be advantageous.
Leadership Expertise:- Proven experience leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- A forward-thinking approach to budget development, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic advice.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, government agencies, and internal teams.
