  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and profiles.
  • Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and direction on HR issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and transform the HR function, including policies, systems, and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a Not-For-Profit environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, with an additional HR qualification desirable.
  • Proven experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizations, and providing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws, workplace best practices, regulatory compliance, and governance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel across NSW and ACT, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
