Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and profiles.
- Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct studies to identify organizational challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and direction on HR issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve and transform the HR function, including policies, systems, and frameworks.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a Not-For-Profit environment.
- Bachelor's degree, with an additional HR qualification desirable.
- Proven experience in coaching and influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizations, and providing innovative solutions.
- Excellent understanding of employment laws, workplace best practices, regulatory compliance, and governance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to travel across NSW and ACT, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and multiple sites available across Sydney.
