Job Description:

Nuclear medicine technologists are highly skilled professionals responsible for producing high-quality imaging for patients using the latest equipment and technology. In this role, you will work alongside a dedicated team of clinical colleagues in a state-of-the-art Radiology & Nuclear Medicine facility.

You will be responsible for operating various imaging modalities, including PET-CT scanners and Gamma cameras. Your expertise will be utilized to produce accurate and detailed images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with a range of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate PET-CT scanners and Gamma cameras to produce high-quality images
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain expertise in nuclear medicine procedures and technologies
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in medical imaging technology (Nuclear Medicine)
  • Current AHPRA registration and EPA licence, including condition IA16D (Diagnostic CT for Nuclear Medicine Technologists)
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for working in nuclear medicine, including PET-CT and Theranostic procedures
