About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Radiation Imaging Specialist in a high-tech environment at Westmead Hospital. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values growth and collaboration.

You will deliver high-quality patient-focused imaging, perform radiology procedures, support patients, and work in a dynamic team. This role requires you to rotate shifts and ensure safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

As a Radiation Imaging Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a range of radiological exams with expert guidance
  • Providing care that supports patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary, supportive team
  • Ensuring safety, accuracy, and high standards in all procedures

To succeed in this role, you must possess certain qualifications:

  • Licence: Eligible for or possess NSW EPA Radiation Licence IA14
  • Qualification: Degree in or currently completing degree in Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science – Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • Registration: Eligible for and registered with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) prior to commencement.
