Business Leader Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences, lead our team, and help them achieve sales targets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week. As a Business Leader, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving exceptional customer experiences, and helping your team achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them achieve sales targets
  • Succession planning to ensure your team can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and making commercial decisions with discretion
  • Understanding Stock Management processes and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team members
