About the role As the Assistant Store Manager (internally known as a Customer Service Manager) you'll play a pivotal role in the success of this brand-new store, supporting the Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive results, and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors. What You'll Be Doing: * Drive Sales & Performance: Support the Store Manager in delivering store KPIs and optimising sales and profitability. * Lead the Customer Experience: Empower your team to deliver standout service and bring our customer-first mindset to life. * Coach & Inspire: Mentor team members, support their growth and ensure onboarding and training standards are met. * Foster a Positive Team Culture: Lead with energy, encourage collaboration, and help create a store culture that celebrates success and learning. * Champion Safety & Compliance: Lead by example in all things safety and ensure all policies and procedures are followed. What We're Looking For: * An engaging leader with experience in retail management or a senior team leader role. * Someone passionate about customer service and building high-performing teams. * A great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. * A love for sport and a desire to help others pursue their passions.
