Optical Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the daily operations of our store, drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Implementing roster changes and driving sales through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coaching and developing the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting the retail team with customer service, pre-testing and dispensing.
  • Supporting the management team in complaint resolution.
  • Maintaining store presentation standards and stock management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with a proven ability to multitask between operational responsibilities and develop a team.
  • Practical abilities in evaluating and implementing new measures to enhance store performance. Optical experience is highly desirable but full optics training will be provided.
  • Teamwork skills to encourage and motivate the team throughout their development journey.
  • Proactivity in responding to changing circumstances and delegating tasks effectively.
