User Experience Lead

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to fill this role. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centred experiences across web and mobile.
- Discovery and defining problems through user interviews, testing, and data analysis
- Designing user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define and deliver features
- Ensuring designs are not just usable but refined and intentional
- Advocating for the user and bringing research insights into product strategy
- Evolving our design system with consistency and scalability in mind
- Shipping real things, with your squad, all the way to release and iteration
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a product designer, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- A portfolio with case studies that show your thinking, not just outcomes
- Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong capability in interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture
- An eye for detail - you take pride in the craft and polish of your work
