We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at The Domain Country Club in Ashmore. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartments building, providing excellent service to our residents, and responding to any incidents or queries.
The Role
- You will provide support and coverage to kitchen staff during lunch service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our residents.
- You will be the first point of contact for residents requiring assistance, responding promptly and professionally to their needs.
- You will coordinate fun, social, and inclusive activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and connection.
- You will complete general domestic cleaning tasks, maintaining the common areas of the building.
- You will be prepared to jump in and assist with on-the-floor tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality, retail, or aged care, is highly desirable.
- You possess a warm and friendly personality, able to work autonomously and make decisions independently.
- You hold current First Aid and CPR certification (or are willing to obtain prior to employment).
- You have a valid Police Check Certificate (or are willing to undergo one as part of the hiring process).
- You have received two COVID-19 vaccinations (as required by the employer).
