About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Excellence Specialist to join our team in multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key partner between client and organisation, ensuring optimal communication at all times and ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in planning and executing the portfolio marketing strategy, including brand positioning, offer creation, data analysis, and media planning.
  • Support key stakeholders and service providers to achieve business outcomes, focusing on financial plans, growth rates, customer retention, and product mix.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on product opportunities, manage complaints and internal disputes, and provide reporting and insights for business targets.
  • Monitor and review campaigns to ensure best practices are followed and maximize business value.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in Project Coordination, Project Management, Account Management or similar.
  • Experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience working on key initiatives; delivering a variety of projects, where you were accountable for managing competing demands effectively whilst communicating outcomes appropriately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and solution identification.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, influence outcomes, and foster a customer-centric culture.
