Roadside Assistant Consultant

Job Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Roadside Assistant to work 30 hours per week across 5 days, with a day roster between 6:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

About the Role:

  • Taking inbound calls from members who have broken down on the roadside and require assistance in their hour of need
  • Determining members' location, inputting data into our database and ensuring membership details are current and accurate
  • Providing calm and professional customer service to reassure members in dangerous or stressful situations

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate should possess excellent customer service experience
  • Strong listening, problem-solving and communication skills are essential
  • Good technology skills with quick and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and be resilient
