Roadside Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced lead roadside maintenance specialist to oversee the upkeep and enhancement of council-controlled roadsides. This role requires a strong ability to manage equipment, personnel, and projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various mowing and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are well-manicured and meet quality standards
- Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance tasks on equipment to prevent downtime
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roadside mowing and brush cutting
- A valid MR Drivers Licence
- An ACDC Licence
- A White Card
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
