Role Summary

This role focuses on delivering underwriting profit and growth in our Cyber and Technology Practice business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving financial targets, managing broker relationships, and ensuring the appropriate use of delegated underwriting authority.

  • Achieve financial targets for allocated Broker panel
  • Deliver set Distribution activities (Broker Visits, Key Account Management, Prospecting, New Business generation)
  • Appropriate risk assessment process
  • Adherence to Product guidelines & initiatives
  • Development & execution of personal Distribution plan for assigned Broker panel

The ideal candidate will have experience underwriting technology PI, casualty, and cyber classes of business, as well as exceptional customer service skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwriting & Distribution
  • Manage risk and ensure adherence to product guidelines
  • Develop and execute a distribution plan for assigned brokers
  • Participate in joint travel and presentations
Requirements
