Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including data modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with the team on external budgeting processes, consolidating financial data, and preparing detailed reports for executive leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
  • Manage the review and reconciliation of journals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Leverage advanced systems knowledge in Prime, SAP, PowerBI, and Excel to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's financial strategy, providing insights and analysis that support long-term financial planning and decision-making.

About You:

  • Must Have: CA/CPA Qualification.
  • Proven experience in Management Accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as SAP, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
