Nurse Specialist in Donor and Surrogacy Services

The hospital delivers high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes. The nurse coordinates and manages quality nursing treatment and oversees the management of surrogate cycles, supports clinic staff, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements for all donor programs.
A Regular Day Will See You:
- Coordinate and manage quality nursing treatment for patients undergoing treatment with donor gametes.
- Adhere to ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
- Oversee surrogate's cycles and communicate with intending parents.
- Provide support and guidance to nurses in the management of donor and recipient cycles.
You'll bring with you:
- Division 1 Nurse registered with AHPRA.
- Understanding of ART and fertility legislations and guidelines.
- Fertility nurse experience, preferably in donor and/or surrogacy services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to provide exceptional patient experiences.
