Nursing Assistant

We're looking for a caring and compassionate Nursing Professional to support our donors through their donation process.
About the Role- Meet and interview potential donors to understand their eligibility and suitability to donate
- Create a positive donor experience they'll love—and want to come back
- Conduct routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests
- Set up machines and collections equipment safely
- Insert and remove needles carefully to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them with rebooking their next donation
You'll work collaboratively to achieve collection targets. Our paid and flexible training program provides on-the-job practice and online classes to ensure you're well supported.
Your Benefits- A minimum 5 weeks annual leave (up to 6 weeks)
