Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Qualified Educator to lead our Nursery Room, fostering a nurturing and learning-focused environment for children.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team and Director to support children's development and safety, engaging in daily routines, reflections, and planning to promote learning outcomes.

Nursery Room Leader Responsibilities
  • Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes children's growth and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of young children.
  • Engage in reflective practice to inform teaching and learning decisions.
