Purchasing Officer Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for purchasing materials for internal customers and support departments. This role requires basic understanding on material planning, working with internal customers to understand their material requirements and close possible planning gaps in SAP.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating material master data, coordinating with warehouse and finance teams for timely processing of supplier invoices. Additionally, you will need to effectively communicate with suppliers to bring materials on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactively driven, able to prioritize work under pressure, and has a medium level proficiency in report creation and data analysis. You should possess strong numerical ability, be able to manipulate and interpret large quantities of data, and have good analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant industry work experience within a similar procurement/supply chain role.">
  • Strong levels of proactivity, resilience, and ability to prioritize work under pressure.">
  • Excellent analytical skills and numerical ability, with medium level proficiency in report creation and data analysis.">
  • Proficient in English, both in oral and written communication.">
