Strategy Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Associate to join our team and contribute to shaping strategic priorities that guide business decisions.

This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Strategic Planning Manager. You will work on critical strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants to deliver exceptional results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic projects, including cross-functional and Board-driven initiatives
  • Conducting structured market research and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Driving core strategic planning processes, including Annual and 5-Year Plans
  • Managing Market Intelligence repositories
  • Developing strategic documentation and presentations for senior leadership

You will bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a strategy-focused role, ideally in a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing in-house strategy team
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and data modeling
  • A proven track record of breaking down complex problems and testing hypotheses in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a history of producing polished presentations and reports
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
