In this position, you will be responsible for retaining existing business and growing our portfolio through proactive and effective renewal management. You will deliver exceptional service, build trusted relationships, and help members navigate their protection needs with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full renewal process, including outbound calls, documentation, and protection reviews.
  • Provide accurate personal protection quotations and process changes to existing protections.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify member needs and match them with the right protection solutions.
  • Support complaint resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes.
