We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an ongoing casual hours position, allowing you to work close to home and enjoy flexible hours across the week. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for executing visual merchandising plans in-store whilst maintaining strong relationships with store and retail management on an ongoing casual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Strong Relationships:
  • You will need to develop and maintain excellent relationships with store and retail management to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Visual Merchandising Execution:
  • You will be required to execute planograms accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the visual merchandising of products meets the highest standards.
  • Lifting, Pushing, Pulling and Stacking:
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling and stacking of products is required as part of your daily duties.
  • Task Submission and Quality Photos:
  • You will need to submit tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet, providing accurate records of your activities.
  • Representing Our Clients:
  • You will represent our clients positively and professionally at all times, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Planogram Experience:
  • You should have experience working with planograms in a retail or grocery environment.
  • Valid Licence and Reliable Vehicle:
  • A valid licence and reliable vehicle are essential, as you will be required to travel to different locations.
  • iPhone or Similar Device:
  • An iPhone or similar device is preferred, but not essential.
