Workplace Experience Coordinator Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Workplace Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to employees and visitors of a designated building.

You will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with a friendly demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes, and following security protocols.

">

To excel in this position, you will require strong communication skills to exchange information effectively, organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

">

Your key responsibilities will include arranging and confirming recreational, dining, and business activities, managing janitorial or maintenance work orders, coordinating workplace services, and acknowledging inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers.

">

In addition, you will organize and manage on-site events, coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace, and explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Able to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
