Workplace Experience Coordinator

This role oversees the Australia office as part of a broader team, creating a workplace that supports employee experience.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in building an inclusive and dynamic work environment for employees. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing facilities and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless connection between the employee experience at work and the work environment.

This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance at the office 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and creative skills, with the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating an inclusive and sustainable workplace for employees.
  • Managing daily operations, including facility management and maintenance.
  • Ensuring a seamless connection between employee experience and work environment.
  • Providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working collaboratively with internal partners, such as IT and HR.

  • A minimum of two years of office coordination or administrative support experience.
