Workplace Experience Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a professional welcome experience for all visitors and guests.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event support, AV setup, and catering coordination effectively.
  • Respond promptly to workplace enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Support operational efficiency by managing mail handling, locker maintenance, and inventory coordination.
  • Conduct regular office floor checks, log any maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with relevant service providers.
  • Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters to ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Requirements
  • A background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using workplace systems.
  • A certificate III in Hospitality (desired).
  • A proactive mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
