Job Title: Skilled and General Labourers

We are seeking skilled and general labourers to join our team, responsible for assisting and conducting repairs and maintenance on farm buildings, sheds, and general infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications such as welding, boilermaking, and carpentry, as well as high-risk working from heights tickets and experience in farming/livestock infrastructure. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs of farm infrastructure
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify requirements for improving current infrastructure
  • Develop repair, maintenance, and construction plans and ensure completion of work from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple sites
