Job Title: CX Transformation SpecialistAt our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Specialist to lead the delivery of world-class customer experiences that exceed client expectations.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building advocacy, supporting growth objectives, and delivering exceptional customer experience.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business outcomes by exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business processes and needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing tailored solutions.
  • Service Delivery: Drive assigned implementation services from start to 'go live', ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Team Enablement: Establish and maintain regular learning pathways for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients at all levels, including senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving collective success.
